Lots of the 'on street' activity takes place in the later afternoon and early evening, including our daily Chocolate Demonstration at 5pm and Cocktail demo at 6pm.

Events this evening include the Speed Debating in the Fountain cafe and the Chocolate launch event in the Guildhall.

4 York Chefs kick off the Guildhall programme with a challenge set by Richard Fowler of Burnholm Fisheries. Richard will arrive with a selection of the morning's catch and the Chefs will set about cooking a range of imaginative dishes.

Temujin is the birth name of Genghis Khan (1162 - 1227) who ruled the Mongol Empire for 45 years. Temujin's warriors would cook thinly sliced meat, spices and vegetables on their upturned shields in between battles. This form of cooking, known as Mongolian BBQ has become very popular.
