"Wanna be Master Chef": Amateur Cooking Competition

Do you love cooking? Is everybody always telling you that you could cook professionally? Here´s your chance to have some fun entering our Amateur Chef Competition.

Here´s how it works:

  • 45 minutes to produce 2 courses for 2 people (1 plate for viewing, 1 plate for tasting)
  • Food must include Yorkshire produce (Though it does not have to be Yorkshire Recipes)
  • Must pay for own and bring your ingredients with you, which means you can choose what to cook, however the total cost of ingredients must not exceed £15
  • Will need to be available for the day of Saturday 17th
  • The cooking sessions will take place in York Guildhall
  • On receiving the entry form you will be given a session time allocation and final announcement information
  • All entries will be given a mark and the winner will be announced around 4pm in the Guild Hall
