How to make a purchase

You can purchase a ticket by browsing this website and using our online cart system, in order to make a purchase you are required to create an account with us, you can do this during the checkout process. Accounts are Free. You may choose to make your purchase over the phone, particularly if you have any special requirements, for example, dietary requirements. To do so please ring the number 01904 635149.


Online payments are processed securely using PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct PayPal payments. A PayPal account is not required to pay with PayPal.

Once payment has been confirmed (either online or telephone sales) you will receive an email confirmation which will serve as your 'ticket' for any event purchased.
Confirmation emails will also be sent out to any market trader payments.


Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please make sure not to tick the appropriate box when contacting us or make a note in the 'special requirements' box during the order process. You may also opt out of recieving emails at any time by contacting us, logging in and updating your profile, or clicking the un-subscribe link in any newsletter we send you. Please note that your financial details, for example, credit card details are never stored by us.

We take every possible measure to make sure that all tickets displayed on the website are in available, in the unlikely event of a ticket being no longer available, you will be notified and a full refund will be given.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Tickets may be returned up to 1st September. A refund will be available for the full price minus a deduction of £5 or 5% of the ticket value - whichever is the greater. After 1st September any refund is entirely at the discretion of the Festival.
