Join Ambiente’s Sherry expert Rob Scott-South to learn all about the world of Sherry.
Sherry Knight (yes really!) Rob is an expert on all things sherry. He will present the sherries you’ll be trying as well as teaching you about the sherry triangle, the Solera System (the way that sherry is produced), the different styles of sherries and how they pair with certain foods.
A 50ml measure of all five sherries will be served alongside a small nibble chosen to highlight the taste and nuances of each type.
