Adam Jackson

Adam Jackson won his first Michelin star at the Black Swan in Oldstead in 2012 and retained it in 2013. He then left to open his own restaurant, The Park, which has gone from strength to strength winning 3 AA Rosettes since opening in 2013. Adam’s seven course Tasting Menu is hard to beat on the York dining scene, where his technique, skill and creativity is at the forefront of his menu.
