Olli Farrar

His career started as an apprentice chef at the Durham Ox in Crayke, North Yorkshire. He went on to work at Claridges hotel in London before taking positions under under Joël Robuchon, Gordon Ramsay and Tom Aikens

Olli now runs Olli Cooks an exclusive catering company whose bespoke menus are the highlight in several country houses and farmhouse kitchens throughout the country
