Originally from Harrogate, Will began his career at the same Hotel as the ‘God Farther’ of modern cookery- Marco Pierre White.
With a love of cooking and working his way up through the ranks, he then went from self taught to gaining his ‘Diploma in Professional Cookery’ at New College in Nottingham where he lives. During this time, Will started doing cookery demonstrations, working alongside various chefs including the one and only Ainsley Harriet.
His first Head Chef position was in a farm shop restaurant which he loved as it meant he could use fresh produce straight from the farm into the kitchen. Next came Head Chef at ‘Robin Hood Inn’ Elkesley then into ‘Thoresby Hall’, again in the county of Nottinghamshire but with the opportunity to work with award winning Chef Jason Wardill.
Again, he was appearing on various cookery shows including MasterChef Live and he is now one of the resident chefs of a Heritage Show Company travelling all over the Country.
