Would you like to volunteer your time to help the Festival?

Would you like to volunteer your time? The most popular volunteer activity is teaching in the hands on Schools program, we normally make Bread, Butter, Pasta, Vegan dips, Cure and Smoke foods for schools – activities are designed to match aspects of the curriculum food science, healthy eating etc.*  The weekend version –  the  “Food Factory” is open to all.  You may also be interested in helping with the charitable collection on the live music evenings, helping us with data collection, with the demonstration compèring, or serving in our local produce cafes / bars.

* If you have an appropriate suggestion, this could be extended to include understanding of diverse cultures  etc.
