St Sampsons Square 19:00 until 20:30

Fox Lane Books with York Food & Drink Festival presents the Great British Bake Off star, Liam Charles.

LIAM CHARLES is a self-taught home baker (with a lot of help from his nan). Liam Charles is back with new creations and flavour mash-ups that are guaranteed to get you cooking! Liam’s Second Helpings is a collection of 70 brand new sweet and savoury recipes that are perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re having a cosy night in, going to a family get-together or hanging out with friends, Liam has a delicious, quick and easy bake for you.

Full of beautiful photography, easy-to-follow, fun recipes and mouth-watering flavours, this cookbook is an absolute must-have. Chapters include: Proper Meals, Sharing, Quick Fix, Puddings, and Cakes, Bakes, Biscuits.
